Dear Friends,
Based on current guidance from Federal and State officials, Scott Agency, Inc. has made the decision to begin reopening our offices to the public. Most of our employees have been back working in the office for the last week, and beginning Monday, May 11th all Scott Agency Offices will be open to the public.
We are advising our clients to continue to take advantage of our electronic forms of communication rather than visiting our offices in person. We have the ability to communicate via phone, email, video, and in virtual meetings. These means appear to be the safest form of conducting business for the foreseeable future.
We do ask anyone that is planning to visit one of our offices in person, to please adhere to all social distancing guidelines and remain at least 6 feet from our personnel at all times. Our employees will be doing the same. We have also given our employees the opportunity to wear protective devices should they feel more comfortable doing so. Likewise, we are asking anyone that is showing any cold symptoms – including cough, fever, chills, or body aches no matter how insignificant they might seem to you personally – to please refrain from entering our facilities. We have asked this of our employees and are asking the same from our clients at this time.
If you find it absolutely necessary to visit one of our offices in person, and have any personal health concerns, please contact your local office to discuss your options. We absolutely want all of our clients to feel safe upon entering one of our offices.
Thank you all for your continued patience during these difficult times. We hope that everyone has remained safe and healthy during this last month. Please continue to follow the guidance of our health and safety officials to help contain and control the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As we have said before, the best, most successful course of action is not always the easiest. Please remember that Scott Agency is here to help in any way that we can.
